As per the (2026) contract, no exclusive events can be scheduled without paying the daily use fee ($900). These dates have been scheduled with the Port, changes are possible so check back before any event.

* Due to the Lease agreement all exclusive events must be paid for on top of our lease. That daily use fee is $900 per day.
